Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ClickPurity, a click fraud detection service for Google Ads advertisers, operated by Power Tech Service Dubai, Office 201, Oasis Mall, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use ClickPurity.

ClickPurity analyzes clicks on your website to detect likely fraudulent traffic — bots, VPN/proxy traffic, and repeat-device patterns — and, where you enable it, automatically excludes flagged IP addresses from your connected Google Ads account. Fraud detection is probabilistic, not a guarantee: we do not warrant that every fraudulent click will be caught, or that every flagged click is genuinely fraudulent. You remain responsible for reviewing your own Google Ads account and exclusion lists.

You must provide accurate signup information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including any tracking script installed using your API key.

You agree not to:

• Install ClickPurity's tracking script on a website you don't own or don't have permission to modify
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written agreement
• Use the service to interfere with, misrepresent, or manipulate ad auctions or billing beyond legitimate fraud prevention
• Abuse, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data

Plans are billed monthly via manual bank transfer — there is no automatic recurring charge. Your account remains active for the billing period you've paid for; nothing is deducted automatically when that period ends. You can stop using the service, or request account closure, at any time by contacting us.

If you connect a Google Ads or Google Sheets account, ClickPurity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the scopes needed to list your campaigns, apply IP exclusions, and (optionally) create spreadsheets in your own Google account — we don't use this access for any other purpose, and you can disconnect either integration at any time from Settings.

ClickPurity's software, branding, and content are owned by Power Tech Service Dubai. Using the service doesn't grant you any ownership in it — just a license to use it for your own advertising accounts while your subscription is active.

ClickPurity is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every instance of fraud or avoid every false positive. You're responsible for reviewing automatic actions (like Google Ads exclusions) taken on your behalf.

To the extent permitted by law, Power Tech Service Dubai isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost advertising spend or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or stop paying for the service. You can close your account at any time by contacting us — see below.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
